This home has every amenity imaginable including an elevator to all floors, hot tub, brand new putting green, pool table, whole home audio system, and a rooftop terrace with views that you have to see to believe! Only a 5 min drive to Broadway and 3 min drive to Top Golf. Book today and enjoy a 5 star resort like experience! The Space: This is a 4 bed/4 bath home in East Nashville. The master includes a king size bed with private balcony overlooking Nashville's skyline and huge master bath with oversized walk in shower, soaking tub w/ skyline views, heated floors and heated towels. Bedroom 2 features a queen over queen bunk with private bath. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed with a full bath. Bedroom 4 also features a queen bed with full bath. There is also a queen pull out in the downstairs living area and futon in the bonus room on the top level. All beds have memory foam mattresses. The home also features a hot tub, gas BBQ grill, elevator access to all 4 levels, whole home surround sound (play audio from your phone or Pandora, 4 outdoor patio areas including the rooftop terrace with covered and uncovered access & a fire pit overlooking Nashville's beautiful skyline. All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm. As beautiful as the property looked online, we found it even more stunning in person (lovely new decor, exceptionally clean, state-of-the-art amenities), and the layout was truly perfect for our family reunion. Having multiple common areas (rooftop/patios, game room, large open living/dining, incredible kitchen!) and bedrooms spanning 3 floors (beds were extra comfy) gave us all plenty of space. Our top highlight was the view of Nashville's skyline! It put the stay in another league. Chase was also responsive and helpful. Checking in and out were easy.
