The unit furnishings were the bare minimum in terms of utensils, toiletries, etc. For how nice the unit was it should have been better. Good location though and good for groups. ##### Eric B. Very clean, great location, communication with management is seamless, the only gripe is the hot tub didnā€™t work. I had to plan a bachelor party and the one stipulation I was given was to find a place with a rooftop hot tub which isnā€™t hard in Nashville. I just happened to pick the one place that had a hot tub that was in bad shape. So bad it had clear signs it hadnā€™t been fixed in a while and it looks like thereā€™s no intention of fixing it or clarifying it on Vrbo. Granted thereā€™s multiple units this rental is associated with and there were functioning hot tubs in other units. I donā€™t think a non working hot tub justifies -2 stars, but my bachelor party was some high maintenance guys and they made a big deal out of it. ##### Jamison M. On check in the house had not been cleaned and although they sent cleaning crew out right away this did delay our event. The house states it sleeps 12 but it only has beds for 10\. You can get an air mattress but that is an additional charge.but shouldn't be if it is supposed to be a bed for the other 2 guests. They left 8 towels for 12 people and no bedding for the air mattress. They had to shop for a that a bring it by the second day. will ##### Heather C. Pros- Check in steps were very clear and understandable. Very nice and clean place. Safe neighborhood on music row. A bathroom in each bedroom is amazing. Hot tub clean and very enjoyable. Management reached out a couple times to check in and ask if there were any issues or needs. 2 parking spaces for the unit. The Well is a coffee shop in walking distance. Cons- Coffee maker leaked/spilled over/coffee grounds mess. Management should consider investing in a keurig or better appliance. Check out instructions asked for dishes to be run in dishwasher, but there was no dishwasher soap provided. An extra roll of toilet paper and paper towel would be appreciated. Beer cans left out by hot tub and outdoor lights only half the string worked. Reported it on check in. Management responsive and offered to come fix, but we opted to have it wait until check out.
