Perfect for families, couples, or business travelers seeking comfort and convenience in a peaceful setting. Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. This vacation rental features: ∙ 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom ∙ 42” TV + high speed Wi-Fi ∙ Short drive to restaurants, bars, shopping, music ∙ Ample parking ∙ Large fenced in backyard ∙ Washer and dryer Looking for a quaint, quiet, safe place to stay while visiting Nashville? This light-filled home is perfect for smaller groups or couples! Doubling as a recording studio on the weekdays, you will truly feel the creativity throughout the home! Located in the North Crieve Hall neighborhood (just south of downtown) offers easy access to I-65 and I-24, so you can get anywhere you want to be relatively fast. Uber rides to downtown average $10-15. LAYOUT: The primary bedroom features a newer full-size bed-Sleeps 2 The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and sleeps 2 There is a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room -Sleeps 2 We can also provide two single rollaway beds upon request. The hall bathroom is a full bath. The bright and airy dining room is a great place to enjoy a meal or get some work done. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials, should you wish to dine in. Our home has central heating and air conditioning, and (of course) high-speed wireless internet. The yard is very spacious and fenced in. The living room is cozy - would benefit from maybe another loveseat or reclining chair. The kitchen is large with minimal cooking supplies and would benefit from some throw rugs (especially in front of patio door). House maintains temperature well although there is no fan in the bathroom. One bedroom has a ceiling fan, the other doesn't. Location is great - grocery store near by and easy to get to things!
