It is close to downtown so easy to get there, but also removed enough that it was quiet and pleasant. Beds were very comfortable. Only downside was the sink drain in the main bedroom drained very slowly as did the bathtub drain in the hall bathroom. The ground floor unit was a bit noisy with street traffic and the upstairs guests; you can hear every step! Wish there were more cups for coffee and wine glasses. The towels are very small and there is only one provided per guest. I would suggest that more dishwasher pods be included depending on the length of stay. My guests and I were there for 4 nights - we needed twice as much in cleaning supplies. The bathrooms needed more attention to cleaning as well as the floor under the beds; noticeable dust and candy along the wall behind the head board. ##### Erica M. The couch has a tear in the back corner near the door and there is a sharp nail protruding that is not safe- was like that when we entered. The only thing I would suggest is to have a sitting area where the disabled people could sit on the ground level maybe next to the handicapped areas with chairs and table, maybe covered since there are no trees for shade. We love the location by Publix. The checking process is a little complicated, and the system is not friendly. Five minutes to Broadway is not accurate, so if you want to be within walking distance of Broadway, this is not a location to stay at. Customer service is excellent. It is not very friendly for walking to downtown. The grocery store is just across the street which is very nice but there is not a table to eat at or play games, just a counter top or coffee table.
