Majestic Lofts #302, located at 209 Printers Alley, offers old world charm and modern conveniences.

Tucked away in a historic red brick building in downtown Nashville, this spacious new 2022 buildout includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 300 sq ft New Orleans style balcony overlooking Historic Printers Alley. Each bedroom is a suite with a KING bed, private full bathroom, brand new plush mattress and bedding, and a Smart TV with 85 streaming channels to make you feel right at home.

Comparable to the cost of a local hotel room, you and your guests can stretch out, enjoy homelike comforts and conveniences with Printers Alley right outside the door. Just a few steps away are Broadway's honky-tonks, bars, restaurants, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and many more Nashville attractions in the heart of Music City. Inside the building is a restaurant and an entertainment venue.

This property is in the heart of downtown Nashville and there is an abundance of nightlife both inside and outside of the property. Although extensive measures were taken to mitigate noise, given the property's location, some noise penetration may still occur at various times. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening at the time of your trip.

All bedrooms in this loft are interior- there are no windows in any of the bedrooms. The dens are well lit from the exterior windows.

Wonderful place to stay!

Everything about this property was great! The location is excellent. Printer’s Alley is lively without being overwhelming. The apartment is beautiful and well furnished — from the bottles of water in the frig to charging cords in case you forgot yours. And any question, was answered quickly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

Location Location Location!!!

Literally blocks from the heart of Nashville (Broadway). And right in the middle of some lively bars in Printer’s Alley. We walked everywhere. Condo was lovely and very clean. We were a group of 3 couples and having a full bathroom in each bedroom was a bonus. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy communication with our host. Noise was not an issue!

This apartment was just about perfect! Clean and spacious, close to everything, less than a 10 minute walk from the main drag and above a bunch of fun bars. We were a bit nervous if we would be able to hear the crowds at night but with the bedrooms in the back it was absolutely quiet. Would definitely go back!

We had a WONDERFUL time! First time to Nashville and it was an amazing experience. The VRBO on Printers Alley was the icing on the Cake. Location Location Location. Luxury Accommodations!!! So nice to come back from the crowds on Broadway to our own private resort. Can't think of anything the VRBO was missing or needed. Our Host was always available to answer questions or offer aide. Majestic Describes the Property

The location was fantastic because it was located very close to Boardway. However ir was also located right in the middle of its own "Majestic" entertainment paradise. The property was very well decorated and was extremely clean. The property management staff was the best. Provided communications throughout the booking and even during our stay. Majestic is the best description regarding our trip and this property.

The location was perfect and very walkable to almost everywhere. I would say the noise machines in the bedrooms help with the noise from the bars at night. The loft was perfect for our girls trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend the Majestic Lofts.

Great location, Beautifully decorated and very clean. It was very loud on the 3rd floor which I didn’t really think about prior to arriving. The backround noise machines did help in each bedroom. The music from the bars below didn’t really bother us that much but we were there only 3 nights. Overall, place was very nice and within walking distance to the downtown scene. Happy with our choice and would recommend to others!

Beautiful, clean apartment with super comfortable beds and plenty of room. Loved the large, spacious balcony. Great for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It’s definitely a lively little alley—great bars right outside of your door. Very close to Broadway and all the main attractions. We’d stay there again for sure!

Printer's Alley Prime Spot

From pre check-in communications thru the stay and check out, our trip for 6 was spectacular. The management staff was awesome. From the 2nd story porch you could hear the bands playing in Printers Alley. You could watch all the people as we sipped our coffee and cocktails. The loft was immaculate. We made the incredibly short 2 block walk to Broadway multiple times per day for more music, bar hopping and shopping. No car was needed as we used uber to/from the airport and to a few sites outside the downtown area. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a ride.The bar below us was hopping and could be heard until closing. We were told this before hand but didnt mind as we were out to almost closing time too on most nights. There were noise machines in each room to mask the sound too if needed. I would definitely recommend the Majestic Lofts!!

From when we booked to when we left, Dawson helped and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We were able to benefit from both easy check in and late check out, which we were very greatful for. The location itself can’t be beat. Right in the middle of Printers Alley and with a balcony overlooking the street, this property is within walking distance to everything in Downtown Nashville. Not sure when we are going to be back in Nashville, but when we are, we would most definitely stay here again, and cannot recommend this place enough

We booked this trip to celebrate my wife's 54th birthday riding from Florida to Nashville on Harley's and Majestic Lofts of Nashville did not disappoint!! Weekend in Nashville

We stayed at Majestic Lofts for a long weekend. The property location is terrific; close to many bars and restaurants and walking distance to Nissan Stadium. The 3BR unit comfortably accommodated our party of 5. Upon arrival, bottled water, snacks and wine were waiting for us at the unit. Literally next level service- including free charging cables for us to use/take. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!
