Very convenient to Music Row, Belmont University, 12th South, Green Hills and many other desirable destinations within our city. Take a quick Uber or Lyft ride to downtown or walk to the bus stop for the main bus line. On a busy Friday night with heavy traffic, it takes 10 minutes to get the Ryman from the house. At other times, you can be downtown easily in less than 10 minutes. Ample on site parking includes attached garage. Our goal is to make your vacation as stress free as possible by providing the comforts of home and the conveniences of hotels. Decorating this home for our guests has been an absolute labor of love. We have striven to provide the kind of amenities we enjoy in our own home and have enjoyed during our vacation stays elsewhere. We want this place to be desirable for either pleasure or business travel. Each bedroom includes a desk, Smart TV and access to free wireless internet. We also provide the state of the art DISH AirTV service w/SlingTV (including HBO & ESPN) for your enjoyment in addition to DVDs, books, CDs, playing cards and board games. We have also provided our guests with a nice selection of travel amenities to make your trip comfortable and worry free. Lots of great common space with plenty of individual space as well. Very close to all the excitement downtown without being directly in it. Great area overall for walking and nearby parks. The rooms are very comfortable and the owner take great pride in all the little details throughout. The bathrooms had every little detail including plush robes. It had everything we could want included plenty of extra towels. Plenty of areas for a family to gather and have fun. It was very clean and fresh. The master bathroom and walk in closet were wonderful. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. It is in a great location for Vanderbilt Univ events. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We loved that the home was situated in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood just 8 to 10 minutes from all the things we were doing in various Nashville neighborhoods. We had five couples, and each couple had their own bedroom and bath, quite nice, and TVs as well; hard to find a place like this. Very comfy, memory beds in some bedrooms, all beds are comfortable. Nice patio area, plenty of chairs and room to spread out. Plenty of place to park cars, we had four. Uber rides to 2nd and Broad were about $20 one way, more costly at night but not bad.
