This is a 4 story townhome, a roof-top patio, 2nd fl patio, ground king bedroom and an elevator. This is a unique hideaway in the midst of Murfreesboro, and close to the Cason Trailhead and Greenway system. This lovely 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 4 story townhome sits on the Western banks of the Stones River, overlooking both it, and the Cason Trailhead and Park and the Greenway walking path system. The roof-top patio offers beautiful vista of the surrounding area and a wonderful view of the stars in the night sky. Perfect for those that enjoy relaxing after a long day, with a glass of wine and just bathing in the beauty and serenity of the heavens. The unit has an elevator to accommodate accessibility, a ground floor king suite with private full bath (tub/shower), directly off the private entrance and rear private garage. The low rise and ease weft of the wrap around stairs, are a wonderful transition to the primary floor showcasing an open concept, gourmet kitchen/dining/nook with an outdoor patio, perfect for intimate morning coffee, or wonder thru the large living space to the 2nd Floor patio. Let those same steps (or elevator) carry you up to the 3rd Fl, the sleep floor. This level features, 2 guest bedrooms, each with 2 queen bunk beds, a full bath, laundry room, office area, and full master suite. The master suite is privacy unit with doors separating. Upon entering, one is greeted to a wet bar on the left and the master bath on the right. The master bath has a standing tile shower (including hand held), dual sinks, and a privacy water closet. The master bed is a king which offers beautiful views of the Greenway and Stones River. Last, and certainly not least, the 4th Fl, roof-top patio. Take the elevator for this one, just make sure to follow the instructions and rules. Upon emerging, from the 1/2 covered turfed patio, you are presented with a spectacular view of Murfreesboro, and the Stones River, and on clear days the knobs of the hills in the distance, and on clear nights you can see the stars of the heavens. We absolutely loved this townhouse!! From the huge open kitchen and spacious family room, the large deck overlooking the park, the rooftop deck to the bedrooms this place was everything we could have asked for and so much more. It was clean, bright and spacious. We had 8 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved being right on the greenway. Every evening took a walk there. We also loved being so close to the pool. Drew was super helpful and easy to communicate with. We are actually planning on returning in the spring. ##### Denise W.
