It was close to everything downtown and very nice and comfortable. It was a little noisy with the sirens going on a few times a day, but I guess that is to be expected in a downtown area. It wasn't too disturbing. We enjoyed the nice kitchen where we had our breakfast and coffee every morning before we headed out to explore. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable! I loved that there was a television in every room. If you have more people stay, it is nice to have a tv in your own space to retreat to. There was beer in the fridge (not sure if that was left by the host), creamer for the coffee, coffee k cups, spices, many items that we have had to go to the grocery store right away when we stayed at other places, but not here.... they had everything!! We will definitely be back to stay!! Aaron and Grecia were super friendly and responded to us very quickly. We did not need many things but the first night we were there we wanted to watch the Super Bowl and I could not figure out the television in the sitting area upstairs and Aaron was super-fast to respond, and I was able to figure it out. Great location, many restaurants and bars in the area and only 15 from downtown. Second bedroom is small, no dresser for storing clothes, but a minor issue. Highly recommend. ##### James S. It was exceptionally clean and the host took great care of us. It’s a great location, close to everything we needed and downtown. Everything you could possibly need was provided to us, every kitchen utensil, every toiletrie, extra blankets towels and pillows.
