The parking was also a surprise because we selected filters to search for venue with parking, but after booking we learned that parking wasn't reserved for the address, but was first come first serve. The apartment also had extremely thin walls which made it easy to every conversation from the hallways and neighboring apartments. There were also some holes in the brick exterior wall that extended directly to the outside.
