The base boards in the bathroom are rotted. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The living room carpeting is aged & stained. The bedroom only has sheer curtains which doesn't allow for sleeping in. Electrical outlets in the kitchen didn't work & the kitchen sink was clogged.The bed was comfortable.My biggest complaint was the add-on fees that kept coming. I felt like I was dealing with the airlines. I was quoted a very competitive rate, but then the cleaning fee was added, then a service fee was added, then mandatory insurance was added! The fees just kept coming and are NOT cheap. What looked like a very competitive rate for an early week stay, turned out to almost double with the hidden/excessive fees.I would be very careful with this company regarding pricing. They have more negative reviews than positive and I see why. When communicating with an agent to try to come to a resolution I was told I was simply a “payout” and no accommodations or exceptions would be made due to “the owner depending on this payout” referring to my money for booking. I probably won’t even use Vrbo ever again after being scammed by this company “Goodnight Stay”. ##### Treanna S. Very accepting and friendly neighbors and other Vrbo people that were there to have a good time but not get crazy. Quiet at night and a peaceful neighborhood. The parking was a little confusing due to old signs. But my concerns were handled with one short phone call so I really can’t complain. Highly recommend! ##### Christopher R.
