The neighborhood is on a side street so there is no outside noise or congestion that’s downtown. It was safe and well lit even at dark. Close to downtown and centennial park/Parthenon. Also by a Walgreens and convenience store in case you need something. Only downside was the comforter was stained with makeup and food, shower head didn’t have much water pressure, and 2/3 stools at the island were broken. Property boat was great at getting someone to install a new shower head (which fixed the water pressure problem) and giving us a brand new and clean comforter. ##### Marie R. We stayed here for the George Strait and Chris Stapleton concert and it was absolutely perfect. Had everything we needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nicely decorated. In a safe neighborhood. Good variety of places to eat and shop within just a few minutes. Loved that it was small (just 4 floors) and that it was quiet and great for adults. ##### Monica E. Listed to have a king bed and a double bed. From reading the description I assumed this was a Murphy bed but it was actually more of a tri-folded mattress in the closet you had to set up yourself. The mattress was of course thin and uncomfortable. The apartment itself was in a nice building with very little noise from neighboring apartments. Parking was included which was nice. My biggest complaint was after leaving I was hit with a $40 “damage” fee for 2 washcloths and one towel having makeup on them. Just routine washing off makeup at the end of the day, nothing extreme so that was disappointed with that. ##### Brooke S. It is close to the Ryman and we were able to find parking there easily. Vanderbilt is just a few blocks away. The parking garage at the condo was great. The neighborhood felt very safe. I love staying in homes vs hotels and this one has a nice feel to it. Clean and good neighborhood. The corporate rental vibe with having to use a different web site to communicate was also a mild turn off. ##### Michael B. We found parking on the street and were able to walk to the university, Centennial Park, and a number of good restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. It was a great stay, notwithstanding that I did not get a response to an email inquiry about parking sent more than a day before arrival. (I think there must be a space in the garage, but we found a spot right out front so it wasn’t an issue.) ##### Kim S. A little difficult to find but overall great location once we got there. Easy to access downtown and nearby restaurants.. only negative is couldn’t get anyone to answer but automated system when trying to call property management for directions to find the place.. parking was easy.. Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2022 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Ann S., Mobile, AL 28 oct. 2022 #### Disappointingly Poor property management We reported that the battery on the door lock was dying three times over two days and were promised someone would come out. No one came until late on the second day when we arrived home to find the batteries were too weak to open the door. It took more than an hour and several more calls with the property customer service (in another state) and VRBO (in India) to convince them to finally send someone out. One of the excuses they used was the weather to which I reminded them that they can park in the garage. Another was that it would soon be after 5 and their contractors didn’t work after 5 pm to which I reminded them they had already had a day and a half. When the guy finally showed up, it took less than five minutes. Both the customer service rep and the repair person were very apologetic and said we would be compensated. Two weeks and two emails later, nothing. (I will update the review if they ever respond, but I am not hopeful.) The location was great, the bed was very comfortable. But the floors were sticky - probably needed to be rinsed - and the counter tops had some crud stuck to the, but the kicker was the mold growing on the kitchen faucet which I did not discover until after we had made coffee on the second morning. (Ugh) ##### Ann S.
