Great location to downtown for some fun. Very clean apartment and lots of security in the building.The area has a large homeless population and they would camp out in the parking garage which is uncomfortable for a group of women. Location was ideal for getting around midtown. Parking was easy. We felt secure in building as you had to have code to get in building as well as condo. Wasn’t sure about the neighborhood having never been to Nashville but it turned out to be quiet and located reasonable distance from everything we wanted to do. The apartment is very modern, clean, comfortable and everything works great. We appreciated the covered parking on the ground floor. The building is very well maintained and in a great location, just 5 minutes from the beautiful Centennial Park and the very interesting Parthenon. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. If you want to leave your car at home, it is an easy walk down to the main country music bars, restaurants and museums on Broadway within an hour.
