On prestigious Belmont Blvd, 2 blocks from Belmont University, and the bustling 12th South District. This modern 1 bedroom guest house was built in 2006 by Ben Folds (Ben Folds Five) and is currently owned by a famous country music songwriter.

It is the perfect location for music city visitors, Belmont parents, or couples who want to explore the many shops and restaurants in the Hillsboro Village/12th South area. The building is completely freestanding and private, and amazingly quite due to extra insulation in walls and floors. One car parking is free and 2 car parking is available. The house has hardwood floors, 10 foot ceilings, and large full length windows with built in adjustable shades. The house has a modern kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, half size refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, lots of cabinet space and all cooking and dining utensils for longer stays. Large living room with new 55' LED television with a premium Comcast package and fast/free wifi. Brand new Ethan Allen queen sized pull out couch. The bedroom is separated from the living area for privacy, and has a large comfy queen sized bed (top of the line mattress), and has a large walk-in closet. The bathroom is exceptional with a honeymoon tub, and a steam shower. All towels, soap, etc provided. A cleaning/laundry can be arranged for your stay.

Perfect Location
I would like to start off noting that the location was ideal! Safe and quiet neighborhood located two blocks from shops, dining and entertainment. The home was as described. Nice open space with comfortable furnishings. With that said we were very disappointed with check in. Upon our arrival and after several calls we learned that the home was not cleaned/ready. After receiving an apology and being told that that space would be cleaned and ready in 40 minutes you can imagine there was additional concern. Once provided the codes and go ahead to enter we were extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. Floss on the floor, shower full of mold, sinks dirty, food crumbs on sofa. etc. Obviously with the exception of the mold in the shower the cleaning was rushed. really what this home needs is a deep cleaning. So here is the kicker, even with all of this said we would stay here again. It was the perfect location in a great neighborhood. And we know what to expect. I have seen other comments about the cleanliness in the reviews and would hope that the owner/manager would address this. You have a charming place here. Please take seriously the comments on the cleanliess.

This house was in a great location to walk to 12 South, a nice area of shopping and eating. It was a quick trip to downtown and the hotspots on Broadway. The house is very comfortable and in a very nice neighborhood.

Cool place great location
Location was great and quick Uber or drive to most everywhere. Parking in the back was a bit tight for three vehicles but we made it work. Multiple great spots to eat within walking distance. Would 100% stay here again.
