Some of the bedding was dirtying. They did respond and get us new bedding. Neighborhood was very loud (hard to sleep at night). The neighborhood also didn’t feel very safe. Thankfully they had a garage to park car in. I would not have left it out.

Overall the place was very nice! The house was modern and cute. It looked new and was clean. The rooftop hot tub was amazing! The decor was just like in the photos and there was plenty of space for the 9 people in our group! The listing was accurate and the GoodNight company was easy to work with.The house was very conveniently located to take a quick lyft/uber to Broadway. And close enough to get groceries delivered from Wal-mart.The only downsides seem to be some lack of information from the GoodNight company itself: I had to message to ask about things probably 5-6 times, though they were very quick to respond to all messages and remedied most issues very quickly.The elevator did stop working during our stay. Thankfully, we were able to use it to get our luggage up to the rooms before it broke down. The company responded with some trouble-shooting suggestions that didn't end up working. We spent most of our time outside the house so I was slow to request help and did not push for them to send someone to repair it during our stay (we used it for moving our luggage/ didn't have anyone with mobility issues, etc.) because of that, I can't remark on how quickly the repair would have been handled.I think this place was great, and my only real complaint was not having extra towels available (we made do by doing a load of laundry after using the hot tub).I would definitely look to book this location again if I go on another group trip to Nashville!
