We had some older folks with us, so it wasn’t terribly easy for them on the steps. The layout was nice. My only complaint is be prepared for the mandatory insurance policy that isn’t included in the overall price. I’ve never been required to do that before. If it’s a mandatory policy, include it in the overall price rather than surprise your tenant a day or two before. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless – check-in was easy, and the place was spotless. The home was beautifully decorated in Nashville style, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We were also given a nice little gift bag with snacks and promo items upon arrival.The location was close to all the action but in a quiet neighborhood where we could relax after exploring the city. Construction was happening, but is all over the city so there is really no way to get away from it wherever you stay. Getting to The Gulch was about a 20 minute walk. We took Ubers to Broadway.The host checked in with us and on the site there were recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked. We did not get to use the outdoor space because it was too cold. I highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone visiting Nashville – we will definitely be back! ##### Tamara S. We recently stayed there with a party of 8 and we all enjoyed this beautiful decorated home. The home was in a great location close to The Gulch. We were able to walk to dinner Friday evening , grab breakfasts and Uber/Lyft to everything else. Loved having our own bathroom in this 4 bedroom place. We would highly recommend staying here.
