It is faster to walk than to drive! Truly, one of the most convenient locations available. The Franklin Guest House is a converted garage that has been renovated into a delightful guest house. The bedroom provides a peaceful night's sleep with its king size bed. Adjoining the bedroom is a full bath with a shower and jetted soaking tub combination. There is a fully-equipped and updated kitchen with granite counter tops and tile backsplash. The dining area and living room's cathedral ceiling and skylights give this room an aura of beauty and warmth, and the sleeper sofa will accommodate two more guests! For your use, you will also find a new Whirlpool front loading washing machine and a front loading dryer. There is an extra 1/2 bathroom off the living area. The cottage was in a nice neighborhood, walking distance from food and shopping. It was quiet at night, away from city noise. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had the normal amenities. The house needs some updating including routine maintenance and more deep cleaning. We had several mishaps that were inconvenient, one late at night and the host had sent her phone directly to voicemail. Also, we were stuck in the house during a parade that went down the street in front of the house; we were not told about this until it was too late to move the car. I suggest checking out an events calendar or asking the host specifically if there is anything going on during your stay. ##### Kristin N.
