The apartment is incredibly spacious, clean and well-appointed. There were many thoughtful touches which made our stay even more conformable. The corner balcony was lovely but unfortunately it was too cold on this occasion to put it to much use. The beds are absolutely lovely and the bathrooms were spotless. While the apartment is very close to many of the must-sees in Nashville, there is a very large homeless population in the area and us four girls were not particularly comfortable walking around, especially at night. However, Ubers are plentiful and we never had any trouble getting in and out of the area. I highly recommend this apartment! ##### Holly G. The check in process was easy- we downloaded an app on our phone to have access to the lobby, elevators, pool and our room. The property has luggage hold available if you are not able to check in when you arrive. We utilized the luggage hold upon check in and checkout due to our flight times. The property is within walking distance to Broadway. There is a homeless encampment near by, so there are a lot of homeless people out on the streets. However, we had no issues. We did use an Uber if we came back late at night, just to be safe. Overall, it was a fantastic property and we would definitely book again in the future! ##### Amber H. Contacted property manager and they told me they had a service scheduled to fix it but would be after my stay. Only negative is the latch system with every single door, elevator, etc. there are so many different door,gate, elevator options it’s hard to know which one to use sometimes and could be overwhelming for some. We were not disappointed. The condo was perfect for our families, very spacious, clean and fully stocked with amenities we needed. The girls loved the loft bedroom. The walk to Broadway was quick and the neighbourhood felt safe. The communication with the rental company was fantastic, they kept in touch with us and answered any of my questions instantly. Being old school took me a bit to figure out the Latch app. If you have the app open on your phone all you have to do is hold your phone next to the sensor. Easier if you have screen facing you so you can see progress of unlock. Loft bedroom looks super cool but not very functional. My 6' 4" son bounced his head hard off the steps when getting up in the middle of the night. Neighborhood is in transition. Lots of homeless on the street. We had no issues.
