The building featured is not the actual hotel advertised, it is a photo of a photo. Crime scene tape all over the property, cockroaches, not all of the outlets and light switches worked and oh yea somebody overdosed in one of the rooms while we were there. I spoke to the property manager, who assured me I would be refunded what I paid, the receptionist told me she was calling Vrbo and I would be refunded. I inquired about my refund, I was asked to provide a picture of the broken water heater or proof that it was broken so they could fight for my refund. I still don't have my refund. ##### Mina S. Holes in the wall, ceiling had water damage, the bathroom was disgusting, the communication while checking in wasnt great and they acted confused when we told them we had a reservation. So they send us to a double bed room and we open it and there’s an empty coke bottle in the room and the sheets are all messed up as if someone had already been using that room so we go back and tell them. They then bring us to another room and when entering the room the door was difficult to get into then the tv looked like it had been punched and the drawer had no bottom to it.
