The place was perfect for our needs with three 17-19 year old kids. Lots of room, very clean. The boys loved the putting green in the yard. Would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful property close to everything we were interested in doing during our weeks stay in Nashville. Excellent check-in process and communication. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the amenities were awesome. We will be back.

#### Lovely mix of family and luxury
This place is absolutely gorgeous ! SOOOOO MUCH room. Perfect size for a big family. The kitchen is crazy big and lots of updated appliances. TVs in every room , bathrooms in every floor and the beds are so comfy. I 100% recommend this place!

#### Very nice place
We went to a concert at Brooklyn Bowl on Sunday Evening and needed a big place for all of us to stay. It was wonderful! The fact it had 4 king size beds was amazing! Very comfortable too! Would highly recommend. The fire pit and corn hole and put put green was a very nice extra touch. Our group loved it!

#### 25th anniversary trip
We had an incredible stay for our anniversary. We brought our four children and two of their significant others. The place had plenty of room, was very clean, and was the perfect location to everything. David was so easy to work with and very tolerant of my questions. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Lots of space to be together or seperate if desired. The outdoor extras were nice too. The only down side is if someone in your party has trouble with steps. Otherwise 5stars!

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds. Lots of space. 5 levels!! Checkin was listed as 2pm then day of communication said 4 pm. Fortunately we were able to get in at 2! Enjoyed hot tub

#### Great, quiet space!
Loved this space. Everything felt clean and the rooms were spacious, with enough space for our family to have privacy. It was a pretty quiet area and parking was easy. Not too much was walkable but just a short drive anywhere. Listing was spot on. We did find one little bug in one of the beds but the host responded quickly and forwarded info to his exterminator to remedy the issue. Overall we had a nice stay

#### Eagles Nest House
The Eagles Nest House in Nashville was everything we were looking for! Plenty of space, it was tastefully appointed with all the amenities we needed for a fabulous Nashville weekend! We enjoyed the hot tub even surrounded by 6 inches of snow! Thanks to the owner for suggesting we park at the bottom of the hill during the snow and ice and for checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed! We would definitely come back to stay!

#### Perfect Home
Me and my friends stayed her for a week while exploring the city. We found it to be the perfect spot for us. Very clean, lots of space, great amenities, beautiful views, and great location near the city. Just be aware that the owner lives in the building next door. That was not originally listed in the information and would have been nice to know. Other than that, it’s an awesome spot.

#### Great Stay.
Condo was great and it had plenty of room for the 9 of us staying. Beds were comfortable and the Jacuzzi was clean, modern, and well maintained. My only complaint is that they need to replace the outdoor furniture cushions and cover them. They are not covered and they smelled musty, so we never really used the fire pit. Also, the listing said 3+ bathrooms which is somewhat misleading. It is 2 fulls and 2 halfs. The owner was next door and helped us out if we had any issues. Only about a $10-$15 uber ride to Broadway.

#### Worked well for what was needed
Room set-up was great but could have used a dining table - misunderstood that part of the post. Liked the proximity to downtown but didn't realize house was on a very steep hill and right next to a noisy highway. House was clean but could definitely use some upkeep (dirty light fixtures, loose door handles and towel holders, some oven knobs didn't work, fiteplace had to be manually ignited, etc.). Overall worked for what we needed, though!
