We've got a grill for all your BBQ needs, and a large 6 person dining table outside to enjoy dinner al fresco. Some of East Nashville's trendiest restaurants, cafes, and shops are nearby, with both Fatherland District and 5 Points a stroll away. Sports and music fans will appreciate the proximity to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, the Ryman, Ascend Amphitheatre, and Gaylord Opryland. Uber and Lyft are the best options for getting around. It is only a 5-minute ride to Broadway. Lime, Bird, Lyft, and JUMP scooters are also available nearby. Two parking spots are located at the rear of the house and accessed from the alley, and plenty of free street parking is provided at the front of the house. (please do not park on the lawn) \- We'll provide a starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc. \- Parking - there is a parking pad in the back of the home, plus plenty of street parking if you need that as well. \- Minimum age to rent the home is 23. \- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 3 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding! \- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer.
