The furnishings and decor are beautiful, as well as comfortable. Within walking distance of some great restaurants and a short ride to downtown. The property was amazing. The decor inside the home is magazine worthy. The home was modern but yet cozy. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property. In the kitchen every drawer and cabinet was labeled. The attention to detail and effort to enhance the ease of stay is noteworthy. The only downside is parking is only available on the street. The majority of the surrounding neighborhood is also street parking so your vehicle doesn't stand out but we had slight reservations about parking our luxury vehicle on the street overnight. Nine minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to Opry. Amazing location. We did not walk places due to weather, but easy to see you could hit breweries and breakfast joints. Would not walk solo at night, as East Nashville is still evolving, but daytime would be completely fine. Coffee beans to grind and high end toiletries plus the beds and sheets- don’t get me started- absolutely amazing! Sheets were so soft and beds were Briton’s comfy. Parents stayed in the main area and I stayed with my daughter in n the room with two fulls. Could easily sleep 6 people with one bed in a public space. Steps up to house to enter and up to bedroom were tough for my parents, but a non issue for my daughter and me. Would easily return to this place over and over again. ##### Danielle P. It was very located in a very convenient part of Nashville. We rented a car but could have forgone the rental in actuality. It was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. We rented 3 doors from other family so it was real nice to go between the homes. Unfortunately, the den on the first floor had remains of a leak with a bucket on the floor so this room was not used. It would have been helpful if a sliding door/pocket door was installed on this den so that it could be used for work etc. One more bedroom would have been useful and in my opinion it could easily be done with the space available in the home. The first morning the landscapers began around the property at the crack of dawn. We were not able to sleep in beyond 7am. I called/texted the number provided by the property and received immediate response. We were understanding that there was not much that could have been done to halt the work. The property is located in an area of town that is in transition. I'm advanced in age and felt a little at risk especially traveling home in the later evening. During the day was fine. There is a great donunt/coffee cafe nearby and some eateries too. All around a positive experience. We rwould recommend to friends. ##### Michele M. Well thought out for vacationers! Would highly recommend! Only a couple recommendations, I would put a curtain or blinds on the front door and number was missing from the outside address making it a little difficult to find initially, while beds were extremely comfortable, pillows were less than comfortable, the cheaper foam type. Neighborhood seems to be up and coming but a couple of blocks one way didn’t seem very desirable. In spite of that, Would definitely stay again! The owners truly thought of everything even had an online guy that was scannable in the house for all of the guests! Thank you for a great experience. ##### Erica A.
