This large luxurious and historic Nashville home in the heart of the city and minutes from downtown has 4 bedrooms - each equipped with flat screen smart Tv's , pillow top mattresses, and themed antique furnishings throughout. Walking Distance to great coffee shops, restaurants, and all West End/Sylvan Park has to offer! 6 Total Beds: 2 custom made King beds & 3 custom made Queen beds, sleeping 10 people. An additional queen sleeper sofa bed is provided for 2 extra people to sleep 12 guests total in first class comfort. There are 3 full bathrooms--dual shower wall and rain shower heads in 2 of the baths accompanied with body sprayers, and a jetted tub complimenting an additional master bath. We have multiple hot water tanks to never run out of hot water and provide great water pressure throughout the property. Top quality linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided along with access to 2 sets of washer and dryers for large groups. The cozy bright kitchen with high end appliances will suffice for all your party and vacation needs. Superfast Wifi is included and we are pet friendly. This is a soundproof multifamily home with a separate unit for long term tenant. Your home space is completely private with your own driveway and ample parking, private entry, private front fenced in yard, and private large furnished back deck with private grill. No major stairs and the floor plan is all on one level--a rarity for a home this big--perfect for families or Senior groups! The set up with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms was just perfect for this many women. The décor of the house if very fun. It is on average an $8 Uber ride downtown, or the Gulch or 12 South. So not bad. Not really within walking distance of much, so don't plan on that. It is a quiet neighborhood and the house is well maintained. We enjoyed the Kurig coffee machine in the a.m.! There are 2 sets of washer/dryers, so it was easy to stay ahead of washing towels, etc. Just absolutely loved it and would recommend it to any group traveling together. ##### Kris T. This house is spacious and clean. There are 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. There was plenty of room for our family. Our children could easily play in the living room and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch while they played in the fenced in yard. We loved the jacuzzi tub! We walked to dose coffee a lot. The Sylvan park restaurants and bars are all 1 mile down the street. I was able to run on the greenway right across from the house and also do the McCabe loop around the golf course. The McCabe recreation center is close so I could go there for a quick workout and take the kids to play at the playground. Downtown Nashville is just a short Uber ride! We have young kids and they enjoyed running around the fenced in yard as well as walks down the greenway. The house has several different bedrooms so we were able to spread out and not feel cramped. The common space has a big comfy couch to hang out on, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook. There is a tv with cable in every room. The house was really clean and had a lot of charm. A lot of care has been put in to making an old house feel new. You also cannot beat the location. There is a liquor store and Dose coffee shop right around the corner, everything else you'll need further up on west end, and them best of all just it's just a 10 minute drive to downtown. Our family consisted of ages 17 & 20, 49 & 54, 70 (x2), & 84 (x2)! We loved the location: 15-20 mins to Nashville (downtown) and 20ish mins to Grand Ole Opry, 15-20 mins to the Bluebird Cafe! The house was across from the Greenway walking path! Pictures of the home posted to the VRBO/Vacasa sight were an accurate representation of the style and setup of the house. A nice 1-level living space for our parents. Just a few steps to get into the house was also a blessing. 2 out of 3 bathrooms were phenomenal! The showers were amazing. The 3rd bath was a bit tight, but do-able. Having 2 sets of washer/dryers was outstanding and no issues with running out of hot water. The kitchen was a little snug, but plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, silverware were in “like new” condition. The cookware was a bit “low quality” (but not a huge issue-we made it work). \*\* Communication was strong and well received. We loved the spacious deck. We did encounter a couple of mice which can be expected in an old house but wanted to make the owners aware. Only other complaint is that the code to get in didn't work, and had to spend about 20 minutes on the phone with the management group to get the correct code, but they were very helpful and we got in no problem.
