Welcome to our luxurious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located in the vibrant Hillsboro Village area of Nashville! This stunning property features a spacious rooftop balcony making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day exploring all that Music City has to offer.

Walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars and shopping and 2.5 miles to infamous Broadway.

Sleeps 12 and the perfect place to stay when visiting Nashville with family and friends!

Four-story townhome - complete with rooftop deck, balcony and single car garage.

Perfect for those who want to stay in the heart of Music City! The Hillsboro Village area is known for its vibrant atmosphere, and our home is perfectly located to take advantage of all the area has to offer. You'll find an endless variety of attractions, restaurants, and shopping options right on your doorstep.

We're also just a short drive from many of Nashville's other top attractions, including the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Ryman Auditorium, and the famous honky-tonks of Lower Broadway.

Townhome has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. 10 beds and comfortably sleeps 12.

The first bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.
The master bedroom on the 3rd level has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom is on the 3rd level as well, and has a queen bed with an en-suit bath.
The 4th room, or "bunk room" is on the 4th floor and has a twin daybed and two full/twin bunks and can sleep up to 7 in that room. These guests can use the two bathrooms on the level below. This room also has a fooseball table, a selfie wall, and access to the rooftop deck.

GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

Wedding Week in Nashville

We had a great time staying in this condo. The location was convenient to everything we needed to get to.... 15 mins to Broadway and East Nashville... less to Music Row. It was clean, well-appointed and suited our needs perfectly. I would recommend this condo for any group with one caveat. All your folks must be able to climb stairs as there is only one bedroom on the ground floor. The kitchen and living room are up a long flight of stairs to the first floor. Two more bedrooms are up another flight of stairs on the second floor and the dormitory room is up yet another flight of stairs on the third floor. Other than that caveat, rent with confidence. You will not regret it.
