Convenient to downtown. Offers space and privacy with separate areas for everyone. Well-behaved pets are welcome. My house has a small apartment attached on left side. We use it as an office, it's quiet, and its parking and back yard are completely separate from your place. Glencliff neighborhood has diverse dining, parks, soccer field, dog park. Easy access to Briley Pkwy, 440, and 24. Dedicated parking in private driveway.
