The room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. The only negative thing was the continental breakfast. It was the standard breakfast of eggs, pancakes, biscuits, sausage, etc. but when we got down there, all the hot food was gone. Went to the counter to tell the lady and she said somebody would be out shortly. 30 minutes later she came out to start refilling the hot items. She put in maybe 2 cups of scrambled eggs and 5 sausage patties for a line of over 20 people. It was only one hour into breakfast service so it was quite surprising that there was no food left and no upkeep with the items. One of the main reasons for choosing this place was for the breakfast so we didn’t have to stop at a restaurant. Both staff members running the counter and taking care of the food, were not kind or helpful and a lot of people left angry. Not sure if it was just an off day for them but this was very unlike all the other stays we’ve had at this chain. Definitely wouldn’t make me stop from going there as I thought everything else was great though.

This was a great option on our road trip from Destin, FL, to Indianapolis, IN. Rooms were well appointed, spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, with ample offerings for everyone in our family.

Very disappointed that a dyslexic mistake in my booking cost me a whole other full rate room because I booked the wrong Monday. EVEN THOUGH it was a correctible error. I should have stayed somewhere else and not have rewarded you for not finding a way to compensate me for a room you got paid for that no one used. Disappointed.

This morning the front desk clerk could be heard yelling at a guest for taking a plastic fork That are free with breakfast and they have a plastic fork bin that was empty. The door to our washroom would grind and leave wood shavings. The bathroom light. Stopped working. The room is clean and bright but there is some serious staffing issues. I was appalled at how this staff was talking to a guest, threatened to call the cops on her for taking a fork. It was awful.

3 stars? Not a chance. Easily a 2 star "Fair" rating and I'm amazed at the 8 guest rating. Bathroom has no vent, so ceiling is cracking and covered in mildew. Toilet runs ntermittently every 20 minutes. Several cars sit idling outside with people sitting in them. Entire hallway is covered in garbage. Dirty inside room and have strange door that connects to another room, but has no functioning lock besides the emergency latch. Hopefully the person next door stays next door... I'm not the one to complain in person, rather I will forever take my business elsewhere. I advise you do the same.

In a good area with lots of stores, restaurants etc. The bed was VERY comfortable, the shower had good pressure and the room was clean. Breakfast was edible. Not enough lighting in the room.
