About this space Stunning fully renovated 1930s Craftsman with exposed brick, original bead board, and reclaimed hardwood floors. Vaulted ceilings, suspended guitars, and custom vintage style lighting create a unique space, combining rustic charm and modern style. NOTE: The ‘3rd bedroom’ is a hidden Murphy bed in the front lounge as pictured All pets must be approved!! The space Living space: Kitchen island, 55” TV, comfortable furniture, plus a high end kitchen and appliances Sleep Arrangements: 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, comfortable sofa with a lounge chase, 1 air mattress This home features high end finishes and custom design throughout! Guest access You will have access to the entire property. The property has an enclosed carport/backyard with privacy fence, a front porch, back patio, a grilling area, and plenty of garaged/carport parking! Other things to note Due to STR regulations in Nashville the hotel tax is added to your total. Or, if "instant booked" will be collected separately.
