Owner was very prompt to reply to any questions. The outside complex overall is not as nice to look at but we never felt unsafe. The parking is very limited and we had a little trouble with one neighbor having several cars and semi blocking our vehicles ( we did have 2). Another neighbor was very kind and let us know we were not blocking his vehicle if we moved over slightly his way.Because we had pets with us we did need to use the back (fenced) yard and it was not kept up very well. The grass/weeds were high but there was a push mower we used so we felt better about letting the dogs out there. It was the season for bugs in the south, so we didn’t sit out there ourselves. Also I feel that anyone that is older or has any physical concerns should be aware that the interior stairs are a bit steep. We managed fine but it was one of those things that I could foresee as a problem for some. It was a short drive for anywhere we wanted to visit in Nashville area. Overall, I recommend it for anyone considering a stay in the area because the owner is very accommodating, responsive and provides all we expected and needed for our stay. ##### Gina D. We had such a great time at your home for our Mother/Daughter weekend trip. The house had beautiful decor! Kevin was a great host and was quick to answer messages and take care of any issues we had. The only negative was the surrounding houses/culdesac looked a little unkept. This home provided what we needed. 15 minutes from the fun. A few minutes away from stores for needs. Comfortable and quiet with a fenced backyard for our dog. The beds are super comfortable especially the canopy bed. There is a nice fenced in back yard for dogs and a fire pit. Lots of little extras to make you feel cozy like at home. ##### christina c.
