Location: Under 3 miles to Broadway – just a quick 10-15 min uber. Also short Uber or Lyft ride to places like Opryland, 12 South, the Gulch, Music Row. Don't sleep on these two neighborhoods close by!! Germantown and East Nash. Nearby Germantown has some of the finest dining options in Nashville, including our favorites: \- Butchertown Hall \- Rolf and Daughters \- 5th & Taylor East Nash has tons of great coffee shops and dining and shopping options as well. Can't miss! Other things to note: \- Parking: Two parking spots are available behind the house, off the alley, and under the carport. You can also go ahead and park along the street in front of the house. \- Minimum age to rent the home is 23. \- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding! \- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer.
