The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were as well. The pool was nice, but could get crowded at peak times. The only issue was the parking. Lots of people had double parked which meant my family had to park on the street. I communicated this to the property manager and she was quick to respond and told me she was going to reach out to the HOA. This didn’t ruin my stay at all, but I didn’t want it to affect others who might stay there. The property was accurate to the listing and was very clean. Instructions on check in/out were accurate. Large bedrooms although only 2 of us \[son had to cancel\], we didn't use the 2nd bedroom . Very quiet , clean and easy access. When we return to Nashville we would stay here again. Our family of 5 was able to spread out and the rooms were perfect for our boys. We liked the modern feel and the guitar shaped pool. Property was great location for walking to music row and close enough that walking to downtown was possible (took us about 30 minutes).Managed privately and not by company so communication was great. Owner checked in with us after check in and again half way thru the stay to make sure all was going well.Property was slightly more expensive per night than others but all the cheaper properties charge for parking.
