CLEAN, spacious, updated 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage WALKING distance to very cute part of East Nash called Riverside Village where you'll find Nashville's BEST sandwiches Mitchell's Deli and the most delicious Vanilla Latte at Dose Coffee. Private FREE parking. 10 min. to downtown (Nissan Stadium, Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, The Ryman), 12 min. to Grand Ole Opry, 20 min from the Airport. \*\*Guests MUST read & accept house rules BEFORE booking,\*\*\*\*NO PARTIES!\*\*  
  
The Space:  
This artisan craftsman cottage has two bedrooms, two full baths, and was built in 2014. It has an open-concept floor plan with large common spaces that have plenty of room for gathering with your friends and family, large family dinners, or group hangouts. It has all modern features, including stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops, crown molding, washer and dryer, and a flat screen TV. In addition, there is a kitchen counter-top bar; a large shaded front patio with seating; and a back patio with an in-ground pergola, outdoor furniture, and string lights, which sets the mood for any gathering. The backyard is completely enclosed in a gated privacy fence.

The house is located within walking distance to Riverside Village, a Nashville hot spot with bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops. Its also located just minutes from Southern Grist Brewery, Jeni's Ice cream, Rosepepper Cantina, and Two Ten Jack Ramen House - all Nashville food and drink destinations.  
  
Want to see the sights?  
Take a 10 minute drive or Uber/Lyft ride- one is always close by- to the Broadway honkytonks, Printer's Alley, the Ryman, Opry Mills, the Grand Ole Opry, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, and much more.  
  
Want to hike or exercise?  
Shelby Bottoms Park, which features a weekly farmer's market and well-maintained greenway that follows the Cumberland River- is a 10 minute drive away.  
  
Want to stay in?  
Cook dinner in the modern kitchen and eat out on the picnic table under the pergola. Take an after dinner walk up to the Inglewood Community Center or to Riverside Village.
