You're a 5 min walk from a grocery store (Kroger) 8 min. walk away from 3 coffee shops: Barista Parlor, Ugly Mugs (my favorite!), and Portland Brew. 8 min. walk from amazing restaurants like Two Ten Jack, The Silly Goose, the vegetarian and vegan restaurant The Wild Cow, Eastland Cafe (amazing happy hour from 5:30p-7p), and Rosepepper (Great margaritas) You're a 12-15 min. walk away from the famous 5 points area where all the best East Nashville bars are, festivals and fairs, movies on the grass, more restaurants, and shops. Of course, you can Uber anywhere in East Nashville for whatever the minimum Uber fare could ever be. 6 min. drive to downtown. (3.2 miles) 15 minute drive to the west side of Nashville (Green Hills, 12th South, West End) Other Things to Note: \*\* While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! Well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms with great showers. We just have two notes. The sofabed on the first floor needs a repair—it leans down dramatically on one corner. And as we had two older adults with is, a handrail for the front steps and grab bars in the bathrooms would have made them feel safer. We stayed for 2 weeks because our son and daughter in law had a baby! The house was clean well appointed and it was in a great location. We are incredibly grateful we could stay so close to our family. The hosts checked in and made sure we had everything we need. We will be back to see our grandson and his mom and dad. ##### Debbie B. This home was just northeast of the downtown area and was a $5 to $10 Lyft ride (never a long wait either direction.) It is the perfect space for two families to be together but also have a little separation. This adorable home is close to everything Nashville has to offer but in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Comfy meets eclectic in this extremely clean home with quality linens and kitchen necessities, fun throw pillows, rugs and decor! Two LaCroix in each fridge because the hosts love them was an added touch that screams hospitality. I’d highly recommend this place for families! ##### Allison E. Although I can not recommend Nashville for someone who has mobility issues, I can recommend Prime Location for any and all planning a trip to Nashville. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated. My mother enjoyed sitting on the porch and speaking with the neighbors as they walked their dogs. There was more than enough room and privacy for six of us. We had everything we needed both within the property and close by. I have stayed in many other properties and the communication and suggestions, by far were the best. A few tips; if you plan on taking an Uber downtown, set your destination to the Feed and Seed at the end of Broadway. A $6-$8 dollar ride. Please eat at the Pharmacy and the biscuit place, both near by. There is also a Publix and Kroger. We are definitely going back!!! Thank you Steph and Matt for everything!! ##### Terry K. Fully Equipped & Excellent Decor! We had a great stay at the Sumner house! This property was 15 minutes from the zoo, the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and 5 minutes from downtown (all driving). Excellent access to grocery stores and eateries within 5 minutes of less of a drive. We loved the decor and all the amenities of this property, ample space for us to all enjoy ourselves and have the comforts of a home! I've stayed at tons of rental homes both in the US and abroad, and this was one of the best VRBO experiences we've ever had, including both the actual home, the location and the landlord interaction. The Home: newly renovated and it shows, plus decorated incredibly thoughtfully and beautifully. Not only is it more nicely appointed than a rental home has the right to be, but the owners have thought of every detail, from labeled kitchen, to bathroom products, to key-less locks. Can't tell you how thoroughly impressed we were with the condition, decor and thoughtfulness. Bravo. The Location: beautiful area, with quiet streets and great neighbors. Plus, the home is walkable to a number of coffee shops (5-6 blocks) and retail and restaurants. Great combination of suburban yet close to food/shops. The Landlord: great interaction from start to finish. They were responsive both by email and (when needed for a quick question) by phone. They use an app to provide all the house information, and that was the best home info interface I have ever seen. Really nicely done. ##### michael s.
