This home has clearly undergone a major remodel. The kitchen, bathrooms, living room and bedrooms are all very clean. The beds are more comfortable and better quality than most of the other homes I have rented. The house is located in a great neighborhood that is a10 minute Uber to downtown. There are also numerous restaurants within walking distance to the house. It was a hot weekend during our stay and the AC worked great. We were able to sightsee around downtown Nashville with short 5-10 minute car rides. When we would get back home to rest, there were so many locals where we ate breakfast, lunch, and had drinks for dinner everyday within walking distance! So much to do locally around the actual home that we almost forgot about downtown! Again, all within walking distance! Home was great! Had all amenities and had extra items in the kitchen as to coffee and spices. The only thing is that if you have gamers, there is only one tv and that’s in the living room. We didn’t mind at all and my son didn’t either but just a heads up if traveling with younger ones. Overall I can see how this house has 5 Stars! The host was great at answering all of our questions and concerns. Had a list of things to do and where to eat! Beds were big and comfy! We had more than enough room for our party of 7\. The check out process was easy and the property manager kept in communication during our stay.we were never more than a 20 minute drive away from our activities. Best part were the mornings and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and determining the day's activities. Jeffery the next-door neighbor cat will make an appearance but he is no nuisance. The neighborhood has some barking dogs but only for 5 to10 minutes. We umbered most the time, but the walk downtown is 2 plus miles and scenic. In a neighborhood that has several places to dine and music/bars for arcade games… different in respects of the country bars that are downtown. Would stay again 😁😁😁😆 Our hosts reached out to us immediately and asked if everything meant our expectations… as I told her they most certainly did!!
