Microwave was not clean, cobwebs in light fixtures, and other areas that needed attention. The WiFi went out and was not able to be fixed quickly. A few areas in the kitchen (wall near trashcan) and areas around window ac units were a little dirty. Beds were comfy and water pressure in the shower was great: overall great value for the price.
