It was very comfortable for four adults with lots of little touches that made us very comfortable, e.g. Coffee sugar and creamer available, toothpaste and soap available etc. only about a 10 minute ride from all of the nightlife on Broadway. Would be very comfortable recommending the spot to others and would be very happy staying there again. The owner was very responsive to questions and requests, very accessible. ##### Kathy O.
