Like the hotel very nice. Staff very friendly. Didn't like that I had to pay to park my vehicle when I pad so much to stay there and also no free comp breakfest when spending this much on a place to saty it would be nice not too have to pay theses extra cost

This hotel is not clean. They don't have refrigerators in the room. Many begets and panhandlers very close to the property. Staff not helpful.

Within walking distance to downtown Nashville

Posted 13-Aug-2016
Hotel was clean, reasonably priced, and within walking distance to Downtown NASHVILLE. Only complaints would be that our air conditioner didn't work very well, even after having them come work on it and the bathtub didn't drain correctly. Also $35/day for valet parking (which is about your only option) seems pretty high. Staff was great...very friendly.

I would not stay here again. The staff was not accommodating. Multiple things in the room did not work.

Nice place to stay

Posted 11-Aug-2016
This was a nice place to stay and it was comfortable and quiet. The only thing I did not realize until too late was they only had hand towels in the bathroom and no large towels. It wasn't a big deal.

Nice hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville

Posted 6-Aug-2016
Stayed here for one night. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a small pool and fitness center. My only complaints were the walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbors a little too well and also housekeeping knocked on the door even though we had the DND sign hanging on the doorknob. Loved the Starbucks and live music.

Better than average hotel in a great location.

Posted 6-Aug-2016
Pros: Location, room comfort, friendliness of staff.
Cons: Restaurant food, cable TV.
Location: Great location just a few blocks from the river, Broadway, and state capital. Quick cab ride to Vanderbilt and mid town area.
I stayed here while spending a few days in Nashville with my 16-year-old daughter. Check in and check out were easy, and the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and the valet service held our bags for us so that we could spend some time walking around while waiting to check in, which I thought was very helpful and convenient. The location of this hotel is perfect. It's right in the center of downtown, just a few blocks from the river, Broadway, and the state capital. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It had a nice large window with a great view. There was a Keurig coffee system in the room with plenty of the little coffee pods, as well as complementary snacks and bottled water, which I liked. No fridge or microwave though. One problem we had was that the cable kept going in and out and freezing up during our first day there. Hotel staff was prompt about sending someone out to fix it, though, and as a courtesy for the inconvenience, they provided both me and my daughter with a $40 voucher at the hotel restaurant. The dinner we had at the restaurant, however, was mediocre and overpriced for what it was, so it's a good thing we had the vouchers. The server was good, though, and there was a performer playing some nice folksy music which was pleasant.

Locked out

Posted 27-Jul-2016
Pros: The rooms were nice. The lobby was okay
Cons: Not enough elevators. Sometimes we had to wait 5 can cars to get down.
Location: Location was great.
We booked two rooms. When we arrived our room was the only room in the hotel in which the new locks had not been changed to the room so we waited over an hour to have them fix it which altered our plans for the evening in Nashville. The front desk did not seem to concerned or responsive to our situation so I was left with a bad experience with the management response.
