Communication with the property managers wasn’t great. On the day of check-in, we were told the garage door was broken and we had to park in a curbside cutout location at the front of the complex. No one would speak with us over the phone to clarify the arrangement. We could only communicate over text messages. The messaging was confusing - and curbside parking was sketchy - so we just manually opened and closed the garage door and all worked fine. ##### Courtney D.
