House Rules: \-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. \-Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. \-Pets are not allowed. \-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second -complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. \-All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees.
