At only .7 miles to everywhere you want to be on the strip, it's less than a 15 min walk. The building offers luggage drop-off, workout facilities, fully stocked coffee bar, laundry services and rooftop deck with amazing city views. Come stay with us to make your Nashville experience the best it can be! The Space: This is a professionally furnished, fully stocked 2 bedroom condo catered to make our guests feel like they are at home while visiting Music City. As you walk in you will enter the open living area and fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar leading to your private patio with dining area. You'll love the power garage door in the kitchen that leads to the patio and makes the space feel even more open. Right off of the living area, you will also find 2 twin bunks with memory foam mattresses perfect for additional guests. You will also find a full shared bath off of the living area. All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm. If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day. Guest Access: Guests will have access to all building amenities. Paid covered parking is available in the building. Free street parking when available. Latch lock system for easy access to all areas. The much-anticipated laundry room at Muse is up and running. It is off the lobby by the front desk (formerly the baggage drop room). The Neighborhood: Downtown Nashville walking distance to great dining, music, and live entertainment! Getting Around: Walkable neighborhood with close proximity to most things in the downtown area. Uber/Lyft are also always readily available. There is also a designated parking station for Electric scooters ( Lime, Bird, etc.) Other Things to Note: \- You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation. \- Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition. \-Smart TV's provided for access to your accounts. \- We do not have cable but you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other subscription account. \- Fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar. \- Luggage drop off available. \- Workout amenities provided. \- Free coffee bar in lobby. \- Laundry on site. \- No pets allowed. Oct 16, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy First, I have to say how incredibly responsive and accommodating the host was! We had some requests at the front and back end and they were able to assist. This enhanced our experience. The apartment was as described and worked well for our group which ended up being 4 vs the planned 6 people. Plenty of room for that number. We were pleased that there were 2 tables on the balcony vs 1 as shown in the picture. That added some flexibility especially since it was nice enough to have the garage door open. The location is good for access to and from the airport. It is a bit of a walk to get to restaurants and coffee and other shops, but we knew that going into it, and we actually liked the walk because the weather was beautiful when we were there. Also, ride shares were easily accessible and economical. There was a little bit of road noise and some building noise at night but not horrible. Most of the basics were well-stocked. There wasn’t any starter coffee when we arrived but we did an Instacart order anyway and just added it onto that. If we weren't downtown, we loved sitting on the patio at night. Great spot to watch people returning from Broadway. :) The host was quick to respond and very pleasant. Most mornings there were scooters out front to use but if you're up for it, the walk to downtown isn't to bad. It is also an easy drop off and pick up spot for Uber. It was about a 15 minute walk to 2nd and Broadway but coming home it was a bit longer because it’s uphill! We definitely got our steps in but it was really an easy and fun walk! Or a 6 uber ride! The beds were comfortable and they had PLENTY of dishes and toiletries- I hate it when places give you one roll of toilet paper! They also had enough KCups for all of us to have our fill in caffeine! The only thing we didn’t like was the access to the balcony. It was a garage door which is totally cool right? We thought so too, but the design flaw is there is no way to close it from the outside (no keypad) and no other option to get on balcony. So we kept it halfway closed and kept ducking under it so we could try to keep some of the air conditioning inside on our 90 days! We’d rent it again though! ##### Katrina T.
