Unheard of in Music Row Nashville :) The Space: This CozySuites is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay and all the comforts of home. Great amenities await you! \- modern design infused with authentic Nashville inspired decor \- a fully equipped kitchen \- 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! \- garden area to lounge and relax with friends! \- complimentary coffee \- community garden with cabana, 2 outdoor TVs, gas grill, and fire pit! \- 1 complimentary parking spot Bedroom Configuration: Studio: 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed Wheelchair accessible! We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Guest Access: Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities. The Neighborhood: There are so many places within walking distance of our building in Music Row! Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. I would suggest you look up Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. You will see pictures and be able to look at shopping, restaurants and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. Getting Around: Despite our free parking spot, a car is not needed! We are walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars! Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way! For the bold and adventurous, we recommend the dockless Lime scooters, which is how we travel :) Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen and traditionally this was managed via a security deposit by the guest or by the owner charging the guest for damages. This is highly unpleasant and puts a bitter taste in everyone's mouth. With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. The $35 damage waiver fee has been included in the cleaning costs. This applies for all reservations made on or after 1/1/2021. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: \- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. \- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Several light bulbs in overhead lights burned out. Front door keypad quite faulty. On average we (and other people) had to repeat our code 2 or 3 times before the door unlocked. Carpet in room had a turned up corner (several inches) that we frequently tripped on. Sound proofing poor. Air conditioner operation noisy.
