The owner provided all necessities needed (rare). The fenced backyard was large and nice. The only issue I had was that the trash can was not brought to the curb (animal made a mess). Life happens. I cleaned it up and took it to the curb and it was picked up next day. The showers and toilet are brand new and clean. The only issue is the porch bricks need fixed and outside needs TLC. This did not bother me. The yellow accents in living room are sweet; sofa comforting; tv large. I’d request suitcase stands in each room since there are no dressers.
