It was perfect and exactly as described! Incredibly clean and organized. It had everything we needed for our stay. Ubers were less than a 5 minute wait and so much easier than trying to find parking downtown. We played darts and cards and just enjoyed everything. The house is exactly as advertised and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Being only 10-15 mins from everything we did in downtown was perfect. Allowed us to relax after some amazing nights! The house is very spacious, has all the amenities you could think of and Susan was very responsive. Especially enjoyed the back patio! Susan was quick to respond when we had a question. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We used the crockpot and air fryer for a couple meals so we could go out and enjoy our day and come back for quick and easy meals. My family of five was very comfortable in the home. It was exactly as described and then some! Susan's special touches and details were appreciated by us all! Toiletries/towels on each bed, sound machines, labels, binder full of suggestions, etc. The patio was great! And, I stayed in the converted closet bedroom & loved it!! 2 of us attended the Pink concert at Geodis Stadium Friday. All 4 of us spent Saturday downtown. Check in was a breeze, great communication from the owner, our new home away from home. Plenty of space in the house and yard for 4-6 adults, toys and games for kids, a nice selection of books in case you forgot yours! Sheets, towels, mattresses- everything was comfortable. The owner has a great guide book in the house with things to do/see around Nashville as well as restaurants, etc. One of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in and I have stayed in places all over the world! Location was PERFECT- close to everything without the traffic! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Nashville, without a doubt! ##### Erin B.
