Seanathan Farms is a newly renovated 6 bedroom, 4 bath retreat with a modern farmhouse feel, nestled in a quiet country setting in beautiful Franklin, TN. The main house has four bedrooms and three baths on two levels and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. It has an additional, but separate, private suite that accommodates and additional four guests and consists of two bedrooms, a full bath with double vanities, it's own fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, and washer and dryer, all conveniently located on ground level with no stairs to navigate. We are located within minutes of Historic Downtown Franklin, Cool Springs, and the great city of Nashville. You will immediately feel your cares melt away as you open the door into your very own private oasis. Seanathan Farms is filled with an abundance of amenities. MAIN HOUSE GOURMET KITCHEN: Your Gourmet Kitchen is filled to the brim with everything you will need to prepare a large feast, or an intimate dinner for two. It consists of upgraded appliances, large pantry, plenty of cabinet space, and an extra large center island that seats up to four. DINING AREA: Enjoy family style meals in the bright and sunny dining area. The large farmhouse table will seat eight comfortably. You can open the double French doors which are adjacent to two back decks for endless entertaining possibilities. TWO SITTING AREAS: Get warm and cozy with a blanket and popcorn as you watch a good movie on one of the large sreen, smart televisions. MASTER SUITE: Embrace peace and tranquility in your extra large mini suite which consists of a King size bed, a separate sitting area, reading nook, and a counter height bar that doubles as a work station. End your day watching a movie on your 75" Samsung Q-led smart TV, or relax in the Master Bath with a hot soak in the jet tub. Whatever you decide, this Master Suite is fit for royalty! There is so much to see and do in the area, but the time we spent in this home was every bit as memorable. Our group loved making dinners in the amazing kitchen and sitting around the great dining table for conversation and games, and we loved that there were so many little nooks and crannies for reading and relaxing. What an absolutely gorgeous property which was an easy ride to all the things we wanted to see and do. The house was arranged in a way that we all had a private bath. There was plenty of room inside and out for the eight of us to cook and dine together and plenty of spaces for small and large group conversation. Our host found out that we were coming in for Easter and decorated the home for us. The house was spotless and set up for large groups with plenty of space and a cook's kitchen.
