The hotel was very noisy due to construction going on outside which started 6.30am. The breakfast was very limited if you can call it breakfast. It was 30minutes walk into downtown which we knew. The daily parking was expensive $42 per day which should of had $15 dollars off per day per room still trying to sort that out with hotel!

The property was cute and clean but not once did we have our room cleaned, bed made or fresh towels brought. The area also has a lot of construction going on.

I requested a 1st floor room. I was given it and comped valet parking for being a healthcare worker. A very clean comfortable affordable respectable place to stay

Staff was excellent, including valet. Breakfast better than anticipated given space. No maps available of the area. Longer distance from downtown core than thought. Obviously construction noises from across the street were very noticeable.

Had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get checked in and the front desk worker kept fussing at everyone to stayed spaced out in line even though there was 8 people waiting in front of me, there was only one worker at the front desk. She let a person cut in front of me to check them in first after waiting 30 minutes. They will not let you opt out of valet parking. It was $42 a night which is absurd. I was also not aware that there was a required valet and fee till we got there to check in. There was a lot of construction around the hotel and made it difficult to maneuver around.

Staff was extremely polite and fun to be around. Two females working the front desk were great and the valet was engaging and polite as well.
