Step inside and prepare to be wowed by the luxurious open living spaces, where modern touches meet Nashville charm at every turn. From picture-ready murals to neon lights that'll make you swoon, every corner of our home is designed to make you feel like a star. You'll walk into the living room and open kitchen with plenty of space for the whole gang to gather.   
  
In the words of the famous Hank Williams, “Hey Good Lookin', what ya got cookin?”   
Kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need to whip up a delicious meal that even Hank would approve of. You'll find a wine fridge and cocktail tools to mix up your favorite drinks for all your friends and family.

But the real fun happens in our game room, where you'll find a pool table, ping pong, and a giant Connect 4 – perfect for friendly competitions and late-night laughs. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for 20+ guests across 11 beds, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Bunk Room: (2nd Floor) 3 Queen Beds and 3 Single Beds (sleeps 9!) with en suite bathroom

Y'all, the best part of upstairs? The perfect spot to get ready with your gals. Gather 'round the make up miirror and sit at one of four stools to get ready. You'll be humming 'Hey Good Lookin' before you know it!   
  
Last, but not least, our back deck and backyard oasis provide the perfect setting for BBQs and outdoor fun, complete with a grill and seating area for al fresco dining. Plus, with a fenced in yard, we welcome your furry friends as well.   
  
Location. Location. Location: With Broadway just a short Uber ride away (less than 3 miles, 10 min ride!), and top attractions like Centennial Park, 12 South, and Music Row within arm's reach, you're never too far from the action. Sports and music fans will also appreciate the proximity to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, the Ryman, Ascend Amphitheatre, and Gaylord Opryland.   
Other things to note:  
\- Parking: There is a driveway for parking. You can fit 3-4 vehicles.  
\- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.  
\- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!  
\- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
