Overall, the experience was amazing!! I give this 4 stars because the bottom of the bed was apart causing the bed to slope in (we fixed it bc of the discomfort it caused). Since putting the slats back in better position and leg supports back on, we slept much better. The parking garage was extremely convenient, the location was perfect. It's too far to walk to broadway (about a 20min walk) but was only a 6 uber ride. The area was very quiet and very nice. The decor and supplies were wonderful. We were unable to get into the building from the front, however, it was super easy to get in through the parking garage. The building was very secure. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely consider staying in the future!! ##### Heather A. Illume 319 was just as described. It was conveniently located, clean, and safe. The security systems were easy to navigate. The other guests and home owners were having fun, and being respectful of others. The place was comfortable, and well equipped with all the necessary items. We did have one issue with an inoperable microwave oven the very first day, yet after texting our management connection, the oven was replaced within 24 hours.
