Nestled in the heart of Berry Hill, this charming home offers the perfect retreat just minutes from the excitement of Broadway and a short walk to Geodis Park.  
  
With its spacious layout, everyone in your group can enjoy their own private space, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of Nashville adventures.  
The space  
Welcome to your Nashville retreat, perfectly situated in a charming residential neighborhood between 8th Avenue South and Downtown—ideal for your Music City adventure!  
  
Layout:  
This spacious home features a well-thought-out floor plan. On the first level, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sunroom/living room, and three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms, each with a queen bed, share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. The king bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.  
  
The second level offers a cozy landing and study area with a twin daybed, along with another king bedroom featuring an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Step outside to a large deck with seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.  
  
Neighborhood:  
Nestled in the quaint Berry Hill area, you'll be directly across from a park, close to multiple recording studios, and conveniently located near downtown with easy access to all major interstates.  
  
House Rules:  
Please be considerate of our lovely neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Enjoy your stay!
