A good rental for younger people
First, the positives: the landlords and property manager are extremely responsive and friendly. If I could give them more rhan five stars, I would. The house was also very clean with the exception of the washer and dryer, and very cute.
The mattresses and bed frames are due for replacement. The property manager waa kind enough to buy a foam mattress topper for the worst bed, and we made do with the other two, but they are beyond their useful life for all except the youngest backs.
We didn’t realize when we made this reservation that there is no dining room table. The bar seating at the kitchen counter is uncomfortable, as the chair seats are nearly as tall as the counter. A collapsible dining table and stackable padded chairs would make this home much more comfortable and usable.
The surrounding neighborhood gave us a few qualms when we first drove in (billboard advertising a strip joint, tattoo parlor on the corner), but the residential street itself is quiet and pretty, and the house is a very easy drive to all the sights.
