This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath top floor apartment blends the soul of a historic 1930s home with fresh renovations and modern amenities. With two comfortable queen beds, smart Roku TVs in each room, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a compact countertop dishwasher), you'll have everything you need for a restful and convenient stay.  
  
Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or business guests, the home features smart lock entry, fast Wi-Fi, and in-unit laundry. Relax after a day of exploring Music City or enjoy a quiet night in with your favorite streaming shows.  
  
Every detail has been considered to make your stay comfortable and stress-free — all within one of Nashville’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods.

You're located in East Nashville, one of the city's most eclectic, artistic, and walkable communities. Known for its mix of vintage charm and modern creativity, this area is home to local coffee shops, art galleries, food trucks, and a thriving music and bar scene.  
  
Within a 5–10 minute drive, you'll find:  
  
 • Five Points – indie shops, dive bars, and buzzy restaurants  
  
 • Downtown Nashville – Broadway’s honky-tonks, Ryman Auditorium, and more  
  
 • Nissan Stadium – concerts, Titans games, and festivals

House Rules:  
  
• NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for any violation.  
  
• NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are allowed in the house.  
  
• DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for any such items.  
  
• LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Locals must first contact host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation without the possibility of a refund.  
  
\*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $125 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.  
  
Good to Know:  
  
• It's shared laundry so laundry days are TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS & SATURDAYS  
  
• All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made in Airbnb to an earlier time do not override this policy.  
  
• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.  
  
• Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.  
  
• If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.  
  
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
\-You may be asked to complete documentation such as a rental agreement or provide other information for Chady Property Management after booking reservation.  
  
\-Please do not re-stage or move any furniture during your stay to prevent damage and maintain the property’s condition.
