#### Nice stay!

The property was clean and centrally located. Well stocked on kitchen items. Only feedback was there a lot of stairs in the property so something to consider if you have family members that can’t do those. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect location for easy Uber in/out from Broadway. The property managers were responsive and extremely helpful. The property was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend for large groups traveling to Nashville.

Aside from a little mishap with the cleaning crew upon arrival and a little traffic noise in the first floor bedroom at night, the unit was as listed and a very comfortable stay!

The view on the roof was wonderful but furniture was not that comfy. Lots of stairs so be ready to climb a lot of steps!!! Kitchen needed more utensils, used the kitchen for breakfast only. Needs more cooking utensils, can opener, sponge, etc. loved the one floor layout!! Shower curtains had mold so I do recommend that these should be changed more often. Place was conveniently located near everything!!

#### Clean but the STAIRS!

We got the house for the rooftop patio and when we got there the chairs were pushed in a pile by the door and the cushions left out so the were soaking wet and unusable for the whole trip. Even when we brought them in over night. Just an 2 hours outside and they were wet again (no rain). Then the walls were pretty significantly damaged. Then there are lots of flights of stairs making it not easy for those who want to just relax and not have to go up 4 large flights of stairs between the bottom bedroom to the rooftop. And having to pick up the patio cushions every night was very tiring and a pain when you just want to go to bed. If the furniture was something that didn’t get saturated after being out for 2 hours and there were 2 less flights of stairs. It would have been more ideal.
