The Space: The fully-stocked kitchen is great for cooking meals at home; we'll provide all the pots, pans, and bakeware you need. The smart TVs in the living room and bedroom allow you to log in to your streaming services. The bright, colorful bedroom includes a TV, clothing rack, and dresser for your belongings. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen-sized bed, as well. An outdoor patio provides you a relaxing retreat from the Honky Tonks of Broadway and makes the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. In the winter, the fireplace provides the same escape. THINGS TO KNOW This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: The property has plenty of open parking located directly in front of the unit. There are no assigned spots so pick whichever is most convent for you. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. \- Early Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM. \- Late Check-out is available ending at 12:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM. Guest Access: Guest has full access to the entire condo and all shared amenities offered at our complex. The Neighborhood: Walking distance to Broadway and all the Honky Tonks in Nashville. Tennessee Titans stadium is just over the bridge and can be easily walked on gamedays or for concerts. Two streets over is the new Sounds baseball stadium that is surrounded by restaurants and bars. Bowling alley and Top Golf that is all walkable. Getting Around: Walking is the best way to get around but if you don't want to walk than Uber or Lyft is the way to go. The other popular option is riding the scooters. \*\*Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mail boxes are locked by owners! Other Things to Note: \*\* The complex does have private security nights and weekends during prime season \*\* Pool, laundry facilities, and gym require key card to enter \*\* Key card will be hanging by the front door \*\* Pool is open from April-October \*\* Free covered parking on the premises \*\* We are located on the river. Depending on the time of year you will probably see some wildlife on the river bank and if hanging outside for a lengthy amount of time I would recommend bug spray \*\* The complex does have a firepit and propane grill but you will need to provide your own fire wood and propane \*\*Please do not order any kind of shipment on the property as mail boxes are locked by owners! We are located in the heart of Downtown Nashville, where the vibrant city life adds to the charm of your stay. Would be a nice touch if it had some more essentials such as tissues, storage bags/containers for leftovers and a full size or even 4 cup coffee pot. Everything fun downtown is in walking distance. Every morning while my wife over looked the Cumberland River with a book and coffee I walked 15min to Frothy Monkey for my morning coffee. The first apartment we stayed in had nice views of the river the bridge that goes over to the stadium. The apartment was clean. However, there was no heat and the fireplace was not working fireplace was one of the benefits. We were looking forward to. We called James. He answered right back. He was sending a technician. He could not find a technician since it was a Saturday night. We could not stay there because it was 50° inside the room. James offered us a two bedroom apartment and another location. He sent the pictures we agreed on going we arrived there. The apartment was very nice very clean great about letting us move all of our bags into the apartment immediately we enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was very clean two bedroom. We only wish that it had a king size bed in one of the bedroom, but the room was very nice and clean in a very secure neighborhood and building. James did a great job and handling all the situation. I had some minor confusion with the location/unit number but got a phone call fairly quickly to address it and was also allowed to check in. The unit itself is very nice. However, there was a sort of odd smell in it (similar to a water smell). There was an air purifier so that seemed to help once we turned it on. The shower head had awful water pressure and as a female with a lot of hair it took forever to wash my hair. The only other issue is there was a TON of gnats inside. Now, I realize it was 90 degrees and we are right on the water but they ate us the entire time we stayed. If these small things were fixed we would absolutely stay again. The location can’t be beat. You are basically in downtown Nashville so be aware that there are homeless down the road under the bridge and along the river. We walked past them one evening with no issues. It was a great spot for my husband and me - an easy and safe 20-min walk to downtown. Day One we wondered if the hotels would have been more "fun" ... by Day Two we were thrilled to be going "home" and away from the madness each evening. Ha. A different walking direction took us to Bicentennial Park and new 'hood ... only called an Uber twice all week. The two gentlemen owners were terrific at responding and answering my "tourist" type questions in advance as we planned attractions. Checkin (and out!) was a breeze - only trash and dishwasher chores. Woohoo. Sad to have to be honest with only three stars for cleanliness but dont let that frighten you ;). I am a bit of a germaphobe ... I fixed it and the hosts were open to my ideas. I would go back again ... but gosh I will have to take more vitamins and train my liver :)). Fun city. PS Do the two-hour walking tour with "Truly Entertaining Tours." (Viator) Ryan was the best. Got my bearings ... got my history ... got my chuckles. ##### Erna T. The bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was to hand. The free covered parking was an added bonus. 25 minute walk to Broadway.
